My recent stay at Nikko was delightful. The hotel's facilities were excellent, and the modern design of the room was impressive. The staff were helpful and provided great service. The privacy in the lobby was a nice touch.

The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the nearby attraction to the bay area within a short taxi ride. the staff is extremely friendly and attentive to your every need. the room is modern with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom is clean and well-designed, making the stay a pleasure. the breakfast is exceptional, and the lobby is quiet with arranged facilities for maximum privacy.

One needs to be cautious while driving to the hotel as it is not easy to find with signboards, which is a bit inconvenient.

We had an utmost enjoyable stay at this luxurious hotel. the staff went above and beyond to fulfill our needs, providing exclusive amenities such as a Spa centre, outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the room advantages were exceptional, with a leisure/TV room for entertainment and private facilities. the restaurant served an exceptional continental breakfast and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax. the location advantages were good, being only 30 minutes away from the cruise port and 10 minutes from the city center.

Regrettably, there was construction going on near the venue that caused some noise from 7am onwards. the location is in a new neighborhood making it difficult to find options in walking distance.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the comfortable bed and aesthetically pleasing room design. The hotel’s location, near a mall and convenient to other city attractions, added to my enjoyment. The friendly staff were attentive and accommodating.

My pleasant stay was marred by a lack of cleanliness in the room and noisy construction nearby. I discovered used tissue paper under the bed, while the alarm clock and table were heavily covered in dust.

Great location, friendly and professional staff, beautiful and well-furnished rooms, exceptional food, excellent price and facilities, awesome pool.

The hotel is well-situated, with easy access to Halong Bay and Aeon Mall. The room was comfortable and had a beautiful bathroom. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. The hotel offers great Japanese restaurants with exceptional food.

Nothing not to love.
